The 1000 is available in a four-track configuration. Applications of the 1000 are curb & gutter profiles, sidewalk & rec-trails, valley gutters, safety barriers, bridge parapet and monolithic profiles. The 1000 can also be fitted with a monolithic trimmer for paving monolithic profiles of gutter, curb, and sidewalk in one pass. Simultaneous trimming and pouring with the 1000 makes concrete placement more efficient.
The 1000 has 4 sliding legs for a multitude of leg setup possibilities, external oil cooler for added hydraulic oil system protection, 8 vibrator circuits with independent controls for wide paving, a 14’ (4.3 m) hydraulic variable speed conveyor with swing and lift cylinders, and a 51” (1.3 m) direct drive trimmer with hydraulic side shifting and vertical lift cylinders.
The 1000 is delivered with everything you need for the job including Easi-Pour manufactured sensors, cords, steering & elevation wands, 4 vibrators, and a mold built to customer specifications to create a hassle-free buying experience. String line packages are also available upon request.
